2. Information we process

When you send an enquiry, we process the information entered in the form (name, email address, country, area of interest, message) and the time of submission. To prevent misuse we additionally store a one-way hash derived from your IP address for a short period. Our hosting systems may process technical log data such as IP address, requested page, timestamp, browser information and server status.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Answering your enquiry and taking steps at your request before a possible contract: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Operating and securing the website and preventing misuse of the form: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Legal obligations where applicable: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Recipients

Access is limited to authorised persons who handle enquiries. We use hosting and email service providers acting under appropriate contractual and confidentiality obligations. Information is disclosed to public authorities only where required by law. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.

5. International transfers

The controller is established in the United States. Your enquiry may therefore be accessed and processed in the United States. Where the GDPR requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use a valid transfer mechanism under Chapter V GDPR.

6. Retention

Enquiries are deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact unless a customer relationship continues or legal retention obligations apply. Abuse-prevention data is deleted after a short period. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operation.

7. Cookies, fonts and analytics

This website does not use cookies, tracking or third-party analytics. Fonts are served from our own server.

8. Your rights
